Dr. Gulshan Rafiq holds a PhD from the School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA) at Fudan University, Shanghai. She has been a Non-Proliferation Fellow at the Center for Non-Proliferation Studies in Monterey, California, and at Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico, USA. Additionally, she served as an International Relations Analyst at the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission. Her research interests include contemporary international affairs, Chinese and US mediation efforts and their impacts on regional stability and development in South Asia, and nuclear non-proliferation.
