Mr. Shiraz Shaikh is an Assistant Research Associate at the Islamabad Policy Research Institute, a public think tank affiliated with the National Security Division of Pakistan. He also holds an MPhil in International Relations from the National Defence University (NDU) Pakistan and has previously worked as a Deputy Editor at Hilal Publications, ISPR. He has a keen interest in terrorism, traditional and non-traditional approaches to security, extremism, far-right and Islamic movements, and alliance politics.
